Restrict current users

Hello

We just bought the Enterprise virgin and where were using it with event manager Pro. We’re trying to only allow new users who use an affiliate link to be a eligible for the program.

for example if we have an affiliate sign up and gives the link to an already existing user they’re going to get that credit we don’t want to pay for old musers we only want to use the affiliate for new business.

Any advice?

    Hi Phillip,

    When new affiliates register you should use the status as “Pending” to review their application: http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-enterprise/setup/settings/registration/ under the heading “Status”

    You will see whether they have been referred by an existing affiliate when you review the affiliate application. I recommend to review the section on Tiers http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-enterprise/tiers/ and the linked article there.
