Responding to Forums

I have a post that was responded to (thank you)… I was asked to send an email to *****@itthinx.com and I’m just not getting any response. I have tried to Private DM socials and I now have no choice but to post again.

Can I have some advice on what the subject field should be in order to not be deleted and seen?
