Sorry but you can’t reset these counters. The only way to reset them would be to uninstall the plugin with the option checked to Delete all plugin data on deactivation. This option though is not suggested if your running a production/live site.
Other than that, you can narrow down the Hits results by using date and affiliate status filters, as you probably have already noticed.
