Required Fields – Gravity Forms for Affiliate Pro Registration

We have a developer’s license for Gravity Forms and have the Affiliates Pro Gravity Forms Add-on installed and activated. What are the required form fields we need to pass to Affiliates Pro in order to make the registration via Gravity Forms work? It doesn’t seem to work with the default Gravity Forms User Registration.

    Hi Brian,
    really you don’t need to add extra fields.
    When you edit your Gravity Froms form, you need to enable the referrals and set an amount or rate.
