1. How do I restore a removed affiliate?
2. How do I remove an affiliate completely (no records)?

    Hi Kristin,
    1.- Right now you can not do it from the interface, you should do it directly in the database. In the table ‘wp_aff_affiliates’ you have a ‘status’ column.
    2.- Affiliates are not removed to keep their commissions and relationship between the others affiliates. So if you want to remove an affiliate without commissions, you should do it directly from the database.
