Remove Subscribe button

I would like to remove the Subscribe button and have the user go straight to checkout, then paypal . Please, send me the css that will allow this. Thanks

    Hi Roderick,
    Sorry, this first step can not be removed. Using the button_label attribute you can customize the ‘Subscribe’ text.
