Rejected Referrals

Hello,

We’re getting ready to payout our affiliates and have been looking at their data. We’ve noticed with two of them that they have a high number or rejected referrals, one affiliate all were rejected. Before we close all of them we want to make sure we understand why a referral would be rejected. Can you help with this? We’re using WooCommerce for our checkout.

    Hi,
    in Affiliates->Woocommerce Integration you can select to reject referrals when cancelled orders, failed orders and/or refunded orders. Also you can refect referrals manually.
