Registration For Doesnt Work

Tested the registration form after installation and it doesnt work.

Every time to register after filling all the fields in the reg form, it keeps coming back with an error that “Please enter a password”.

This error comes even when password field is disabled in the registration settings. Please help.

    Hi Syed,

FYI, the Itthinx Updates plugin can be installed either through your Dashboard or by following this link, download the zip file and then install it as any other plugin. After installing and activating use your license key in the settings and you will have access to all the available integrations for Affiliates plugin, located in Affiliates > Settings > Integrations (tab), including Affiliates WooCommerce integration.

    Kind regards,
    George

    Hi Syed,

What is the status of new affiliate registrations on your site? Please make sure to make the new affiliate active after registration and then the affiliate will be able to access the Affiliates Dashboard page you use. The status setting for new affiliates can be found in Affiliates > Settings > Registration (tab) and an affiliate can be activated in Affiliates > Manage Affiliates once you edit the desired affiliate.

    Kind regards,
    George

that worked. New registration is working however now when logging in , it doesnt show dashboard or any affiliate area. it just redirects to random website page. Do I have to setup something like dashboard or something in addition to step 3 “create affiliate area” for affliates to see dashboard area when they login ?

    Hi Syed,

Welcome to our support channel and many thanks for using our affiliate marketing tool on your site.

The message you get is most possibly coming from a third-party plugin which is also involved in registrations. I would recommend you to check your installation and after locating this addon make sure that the password field is not mandatory for new registrations. If this is difficult to locate then you can always start deactivating your plugins one-by-one and each time trying to register till you reach the one that requires the password.

    Kind regards,
    George
