Registration does not create an account if one is not “user” of my wp site.

Hi,
I installed the Affiliate Pro plugin on my page, setup and tried functions.
It seems, registration does not work, unless you are WP User of my website.
It gives the message “ERROR: Please check the input and resend.” (none of the field is required field.)
It works okay when you are registered user of my site.
My question is:
Is there anyway to create an Affiliate account without having to register as my WP user?
I only need registered users for affiliate, so i usually do not setup user login.
mentioned page is here: https://underground-beatz-massive.tokyo/affiliate-area/

Hey Keigo, that’s great!
If this is possible could you also please mention the name of this plugin, so that we can keep it in mind for similar support requests in the future.
Kind regards,
George
Hi George,
It was this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/siteguard/
It has function to generate CAPTCHA on Login, Register and Comments.
I switched off, and it started to work well (for me).
Hi George,
Thank you very much for clear explanation. It was the security site guard plugin, which generates captcha at user login/registration. I switched off the captcha and problem solved.
Thank you.
Hi Keigo,
Welcome to our support forum and many thanks for using our plugins, we appreciate it.
Can you please review your active plugins and check if you’re using one that is related to forms or registrations because the error message you get doesn’t come from Affiliates plugin? There must be a third-party plugin installed which either controls registrations or input fields or both.
In general when a visitor is using the affiliate registration form, can register as affiliate and as user simultaneously and these two records are connected to each other.
Kind regards,
George
