Register form doesn’t work “Registration Error!”

Hello, I have a problem with the registration form.
When I try to open test affiliate account Registration Error! appear.
I tried everything to fix it but nothing works…

    Hi Krzysztof,

    You’re welcome – yes I think it’s better to have a look at your setup as the error message doesn’t seem to be related to Affiliates, probably it’s generated by some other plugin I need to check.

    Many thanks for using our Affiliates system on your site.

    Can you please provide some more details on the error, like what exact error message you get and perhaps your site’s URL so that I can do a test registration?
