Refferals not being generated when using Coupon Codes

I have just installed the Affliate Pro plugin and have set up an affiliate wtih a coupon code, however I have made two test sales and no referrals have been applied to the affilliate. I have set the affiliate up with both uppercase and lowercase of the code to make sure that is not the problem. Can you please tell me what I’m missing?

    Hi Stuart,

    Now you should set the commission for your affiliates.
    This can be either a general referral rate or a referral rate attribute per affiliate.
    Alternatively, you can set a default product rate under Affiliates > WooCommerce Integration or per product, if you edit the product and set a value under Affiliate in Product data section.

    Yes, I’m using Woo, so I intalled and activated the WooCommerce integration like you suggested, and now when I test, it is showing on the Affiliates > Affillates section, but is not showing under ” Vists & Referrals” or “Affiliates & Referrals”. Its showing under “Referrals” but no amount is showing. It’s showing under “Totals”, but there is no total in the field. Can you tell me what else I need to do? Thanks!

    Hi Stuart,

    Which e-commerce plugin do you use?
    If it is WooCommerce, please make sure that Affiliates WooCommerce Integration is installed and activated. For this, go to Affiliates > Settings > Integrations and press the install button.
    For other e-commerce plugins also have a look at the integrations available at the documentation.
    Also, make sure that the coupon is active in your e-commerce plugin and matches the coupon assigned to the affiliate.
