Refferal not recording

Hi George,

We’ve been in contact earlier. Sorry for the late response.

I don’t have a development site but maybe you could carefully check in our live website?

Please let me know how i can share the credentials with you.

Kind regards,

Roy van Hees

  1. Hi Robin,

    Thanks for providing access to your site.
    What I’ve noticed after checking your installation is that you haven’t installed Affiliates WooCommerce integration which is responsible for tracking referred sales on WooCommerce. I’ve added it for you and you can find it under Plugins, while its settings under Affiliates > WooCommerce.

    If you wish to track referrals through other actions too, please have a look at the integrations available with Affiliates Pro and install the necessary one. This is possible through your Dashboard, under Affiliates > Settings > Integrations tab. All the integrations found in this view are included with Affiliates Pro and can be installed once Itthinx Updates plugin is installed and activated on your site. This plugin is also responsible for giving you access to updates for your itthinx.com plugins.

    Please have a look and let me know if further help is needed.

    Kind regards,
    George

    Hi George,

    Thank you. I’ll send you the credentials.

    I’ve temporarily enabled debugging mode as well.

    Kind regards,

  3. Hey Roy,

    Welcome back to our support forum.

    I see then, we may offer to have a look at your live site. You can create a temp admin account for my personal email, george at itthinx dot com. Just in case you haven’t checked it so far, please make sure to enable WP debugging for the possibility that something is wrong and you’re not aware of it yet.

    As a reminder to enable debugging, edit your wp-config.php file and replace this line:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

    with these lines:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );

    All logs will be stored in your site’s installation folder under wp-content/debug.log file.

    Kind regards,
    George
