Hello!

I’m struggling to get this plugin set up and working.. not very friendly I must say 🙁

Here is the problem i’m facing:

I pretended to be a buyer buying from an affiliate for testing. I bought two things

for a total value of $22.10

But why in my dashboard looks like a $121 ??

And more than that why in the affiliate dashboard it shows $122 payoff??

I’m very confused on how this works.. all I need to do is:
1) Have a 10% referral on all products
2) Have a 50% referral for the first month of every subscription

Any help?

I have fixed most of the issues but one last thing is not working.

1) I have set the subscription to give a 50% referral on the first month

2) I have placed an order with my affiliate for a subscription

3) But my refferal privided it’s still 10% (like I set in the general settings)

What am I doing wrong? It’s really important to fix this as its the main point of my affiliate area..

Hi,
Looks like you’re setting the wrong rate. If you want to set 10%, you must set 0.10
Relating to $122 = $60.50 + $60.50 + $1 (this affiliate has 3 referrals)

1.- In Affiliates->Woocommerce you can set 0.10 as default referral rate.
2.- In your subscriptions product you can set a custom rate, but it is the same as the first and the following times.
