Referrals Not Working

I installed the Affiliates plugin, and I want to use it as employee referral program, simply by adding the affiliates id to the job link when referring a job to someone, but I’m not getting new referrals added when visiting the link.

Please advise.

    Many thanks for choosing Affiliates plugin as your affiliate marketing tool, we appreciate it.
    In order for the referrals to be successfully recorded, it depends on how are the jobs managed on your site. How does a candidate apply for a job? In case it is through a form and the form plugin is supported by Affiliates, then you need to install that integration and complete the necessary setup.
    Please have a look at the available integrations for that purpose supported by Affiliates plugin.
