Referrals not showing up

Hi, I purchased Affiliates Pro last week. I believe I have it configured correctly – the woo commerce integration is active. But I only see visitors and hits happening, no referrals, and a couple of the affiliates have been told by customers that they used their link to purchase.

I had the affiliates edit their affiliate link to go to the shop page instead of the home page, could that be why? eg. https://sewpdf.com/?affiliates=2 has been changed to https://sewpdf.com/shop/?affiliates=2 by manually typing it that way. I couldn’t figure out how to make that page show up as the link on their dashboard.

    I have been over all of my settings a dozen times and combed through this website, and can’t figure this out, can someone help me please?

        Sorry, I have sent an email requesting a refund. I deleted the plug-in and installed a different one that worked right away. It was time sensitive to get it running and it has been 5 days since I submitted my original request (it took about 24 hours for it to be approved, and then no response).
