referrals not getting recorded.

Hi, I’ve spent a few hours on your documentation searching for help on this one with no luck.
My affiliate pro doesn’t seem to be working, its not recording the referrals. I installed this a few months ago but have not been able to use because i am still trying to set it up fully and test first. I did this test order (Order number #2505) under affiliate “Sheka Kargbo” and if you look at the referrals page you will not see orders being recorded since 10/02. Please help rectify this as i really need to start using this plugin. thanks a bunch!!

      Hi,
      you have disabled “Affiliates Woocommerce Integration” plugin. Try enable and config it.

    Hi Kento, Sent you an email with login info for the accounT so you can take a look. I bought the woo-commerce integration pack. the email also includes the other details.

    Please provide some details on how you have things set up, including:

    – what integration you are using
    – details from Affiliates > Settings
