Referrals not being recognised

How does affiliates pro recognise a referral based sale. Just set it up and had a sale come through paypal but the referral does not show up in the dashboard, even though the sale went through the website via an affiliate.

    That’s great thanks for the follow-up.

    FYI, our Affiliates PayPal integration uses its own checkout system but you may also point LMS developers here so that you can create a custom integration with Affiliates and record a referral.

    Thanks for the reply George.

    The payments are going through an LMS system that handles the checkout. I installed the paypal integration plugin but not sure where to place the codes, I suspect that it has to be hooked in to their checkout and have asked the LMS developer if they know how. I suspect I am going to be stuck between the two systems, shall see what they come back with.

    Hi Estelle,

    Thanks for using our plugin.

    Please make sure that the appropriate Affiliates integration is installed and activated and that the cookie is stored when you use an affiliate link.
    For example if sales are placed through WooCommerce, then you need to install Affiliates WooCommerce. If you prefer to grant commissions on sales with PayPal checkout, then Affiliates PayPal integration must be installed.
    All available integrations can be installed through Affiliates > Settings under Integrations tab.

    If all the above are already in place but still no referrals are recorded for affiliates, then I think it’s better to have a look at your Dashboard. You may send temp admin access to george at itthinx dot com.
