Referrals Aren’t Recording

Hi there, I’ve been trying to figure this out for a few days now, and I’m hoping you can help!

I’ve set installed Affiliates Pro, and the various integrations (WooCommerce, AddToAny, AddThis, Pay per Click)

I’ve created banners, and successfully added them to the affiliate area.

I’ve set up Commissions as Referral Amount Method and set the value to “Affiliates_WC_Method::product_rates”, and I’ve set up the rates for each product in WooCommerce.

The registration of Affiliates is working as well, without any issue, and it’s displaying the affiliate link, but I’m not seeing the link on the “Manage Affliates” page.

When I do a test transaction with my test affiliate link, it’s not recording the transaction.

Can you please help me with this? I’ve spent hours searching through the documentation, but I can’t seem to find anything that might explain why this is happening. Thanks in advance!

    Hi Stephanie,

    Thanks for sending me admin access to your site.

    I had a look and didn’t notice anything unusual, the affiliate links appear properly.
    However, i can’t make a test purchase since stripe doesn’t allow test/dummy credit cards in live mode.

    Please have a look at the screenshot i’ve attached you in my email and try now to make a test purchase.

    Hi George,

    Thanks for the quick response! I tried to delete and reinstall it. Unfortunately that didn’t fix anything. I’ll send you admin credentials shortly.

    Please try to delete and reinstall the plugin.
    If this doesn’t do the trick, then i should have a look at your Dashboard, so you can send your admin credentials to george at itthinx dot com.
