Referral timeout

I am wondering if the referral timeout is tracked using cookies? Specifically if a user visits the site, but waits 7 days later to get a membership, is it tracked through cookies?

I am using Affiliate Pro with Restrict Content Pro integration.

    Hi Billy,

    You have the option to set the Referral timeout with the 0 (zero) setting being the longest value in duration. This setting can be found under Affiliates > Settings, under Referrals tab. This is basically the duration of the affiliate cookie stored in the browser.

    FYI, the setting can be also set as attribute per affiliate, if you use Affiliates Pro version equal or greater than 2.11.0.
