Referral Time Out

Say 30 days time out set where the user failed to login within the set period. He got 100 downlines who purchased where he missed the commission set rate.

How could he be activated again and gain the commission. Can he just login and purchase to activate himself?

    Hi Mohammad,

    FYI, the time-out setting has to do with the validity duration of the cookie. If a customer is referred by an affiliate, then the referring affiliate cookie will be valid and can result in a referral within 30 days. If the customer makes a purchase within the thirty-days interval, a referral will be granted to the affiliate defined by the cookie.
