Referral rate not working in Woocommerce integration

Hello,

I need help with the plugins I purchased.

I’m using “Affiliates Pro & Woocommerce integration”, and after making a purchase through an affiliate link the amount shown in affiliates> totals is $0.00 and the amount of the referrals under the “referrals” section is is $0.00.

If I login with the affiliate account, to the affiliate area the commissions pending payment is $0.00

The Affiliates>Settings are:

1. “Referral Amount Method”

2. Affiliates_WC_Method::product_rate.

The Affiliates> woocommerce settings are

1. Enable product referrals

2. Default rate: 0.1

But my test product has a rate of 0.5 (on the woocomerce product page) and is not working.

After a transaction is completed (through an affiliate link and of a product that has the referral rate of 0.5 for 50% commission), the amount shown in affiliates> totals is $0.00

I troubleshoot by:
1. Turning off all wordpress plugins and making a transaction (didn’t work)
2. Changing the wordpress theme (didn’t work)
3. Deleting the plugins (Affiliates Pro & Woocommerce integration) and all the data and installing the new the latest version (didn’t work)
