referral order – how does it work ?

I have a question about how affiliate referrals are registered. I have multiple affiliates of which some refer to each other. Let´s say affiliate A links to affiliate B and both are my affiliates with links to my website. What happens if a customers visits first affiliate A, from there visits my site, then the customer visits affiliate B and from there again visits my site. Will the first or the second affiliate get the referral ?

Is there any order by ID in which affiliates are getting accounted for the referrals or is the first visit from the first affiliate the one that is accounted for ?

    Thanks, I see. Is this something I can change or adjust ? Let´s say, is it possible to set priorities on affiliates ?

      Hi Martin,

      The option to use the opposite order (fist referrer is credited instead of last) is considered as an option but hasn’t been added yet. Priorities sounds like a great idea and I’ll take this into consideration as well.

    Hi Martin,

    The affiliate whose link has been visited last would be credited (unless coupons were involved).
