Referral Notifications To Affiliates

I am using Ninja Forms for my affiliate and referral registration forms. I would like to add some additional information into then notification email that is sent to affiliates when they’re credited with a referral, but not sure what shortcodes to use (I looked but couldn’t find)….

I would like to include the name of the referral in the email, something like this:

Hi [affiliate_name],

You have successfully submitted a referral on [site_title].

Thank you for your referral, we will update you on the status of insert referral name shortcode here as soon as we make contact with them.

    Hi, any update on my last comment? It’s still waiting moderation from a week ago, and this is critical to my affiliate program. Thanks!

      Hi Andrew,

      Yes that’s correct. By name of the referral I suppose you mean the customer’s name, but this is not included in the tokens that are available upon notification. Please excuse the late reply, I completely missed your messages.

    Wouldn’t the shortcode you mentioned be the name of the affiliate? I’m trying to insert the name of the referral that came from the affiliate.

    Hi Andrew,

    There are several tokens that can be used, yes one of them is [affiliate_name] – you can see the complete list available on the documentation page for notifications: http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-pro/notifications/

    You can then use these to customize the notification sent for referrals under Affiliates > Notifications > Affiliates > Referrals. You will see an option [ ] Notify the affiliates there which you must check and the customizable subject and message fields.
