Referral not showing up (displaying) after 42+ referrals.

I have a superstar referral that is pushing business fast and we want to take care of her. Here’s her statement:

“I have 42 FRONT LINE. And at 42, they are no longer auto showing up. The last 3 I gave you are ones you’ll have to ‘appear’ manually. Hope that helps!”

Therefore anything in the back office under her name (manage affiliates) or being displayed to her via short code are not showing up after 42. I would like to request this fixed as soon as a possible to keep her happy :-).

Please let me know a fix or what to do.
