Does anyone know how to get the affiliate ID or username attached to an order as a custom field?

    The affiliates_referral action can be used for that. See http://www.itthinx.com/documentation/affiliates/api/actions/ for details on the action parameters please.

    This can then be used to store the affiliate ID as post meta on the order.
