referral has been credited to id – no sale in jigoshop

Hello i have affiliates pro installed and am using jigoshop. Within the last 5-7 days I’m seeing emails which say an affiliate has been credited to the direct id … but when i look in jigoshop and authorize.net, i am not seeing the sale? will you please guide me as to what may be happening.
