I was testing the referral Banner section of the membership. Whenever I place the banner link in a social media platform like twitter or facebook, the banner image doesn’t show please help.

    valued customer.

    You can use the banner links on Facebook and those would work well, however, Twitter doesn’t support HTML in tweets hence you won’t be able to see the thumbnail.

    However, you could post a banner link to a certain page, there the platform will look for the related post image and take it from there if one is provided. Though it will depend on the theme used and other things, including SEO plugins like Yoast and the others.
