References are not generating

Whether the order is completed or not or pending the referrals are not generating. Not even getting recorded to direct affiliate.

Please help us to solve this issue.

    Hello,
    I am sorry to hear about your troubles!
    This could be caused by cookies being dropped and not stored. Do you have any kind of caching solution active – be it a plugin (like W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, etc.) or server-side (Varnish cache or other built-in caching mechanism provided by your host)?

    If that’s not the case, then would you enable WP debugging by going to your wp-config.php file and adding the following lines just before the /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */ line:
    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
    Then please find the debug.log file under the /wp-content directory and attach it somewhere (like Dropbox, for example), so you could provide a link where I could see the contents of the log.
