hi i just buy the plugin, my question is how do i know which referal has buy something in my site?
i see que cuantity of visitors but i want to know which one has paid any product?

    Hi Juan Felipe,

    Please install Itthinx Updates plugin( click on the prompt you get on top of your Dashboard ), enter your license key and then you will be able to install the integration you need through Affiliates > Settings > Integrations.

    hi, i have woocomerce, and i already try
    i got this message in integration section “The plugin Affiliates WooCommerce Integrationn is not installed”

    what shoud i do?

    Hi Juan Felipe,

    You should first install and set up an appropriate integration for your e-commerce system. Once a customer makes a purchase after following an affiliate link, the affiliate will be recorded with a referral. You can add a new affiliate manually and test the process, through your Dashboard under Affiliates > Manage Affiliates by clicking the New Affiliate button on top left corner.

    Please also have a look at the Setup and Integrations sections of the Documentation.
