Purchased by accident

Hi,
I purchased a new copy of Groups Import Export today and I don’t actually need it, I already have that plugin. How can I request a refund?

I was looking to update Groups Gravity Forms Integration and I see you’ve stopped selling that – is there any way to get the v1.4.0 update? My site is on 1.2.1 and I’m wanting to update it, was hoping to purchase that last update for it. Please advise.

    Hi,

    I see that your previous last order for the extension was placed July 26, 2018 which means that you had access to updates and support until July 26, 2019 – did you intend to renew your access to updates with this latest purchase or have you stopped using this particular extension? If you’re not using it anymore, then of course the refund makes sense. But if you do want to keep having access to updates, I would recommend to keep it valid with this latest purchase. Please let us know what you prefer, either is fine with us.

    Regarding the Gravity Forms integration, we are considering whether to make it available directly here again, but this decision is currently under review. What particular aspect of the integration are you interested in?
