promo coupon did not work

Hi the $59,00 off promo coupon for some reason did not apply on my order yesterday. Is there some way you can apply it to my purchase of Enerprise? Also I really need some support. Is there a way to email you or can you email me and be able to look at my back end and give me some advice on settings for my Affiliate program?

    Thanks for the discount. I have wasted hours trying to configure the Commission algorythym you advertise available in the Enterprise and I can’t find any settings to configure the calculation. I am hoping I can create a formula for the commission for affiliates to be a variable amount over the set wholesale price I give them so they earn based on how much of a discount promotional coupon they give out to entice the customer to visit and buy on their affiliate link. Is this possible? I keep seeing that their is an algorythm based commission but can’t find it. Can you please give me a step by step way to do this before I go MAD! THANKS
