Product specific custom commissions not working

Hi
On my site www.GoldLightCentral.com with the affiliate plugin installed, I’m no longer able to have product specific custom commissions. They are defaulting every time to the site wide default commission setting.
I have tested this many times, and have even turned on and off different plugins.
What could be causing this? How can I fix it?
I have also emailed your team my site logins.

    Please visit Affiliate > Settings > Commissions. Then choose Referral Amount Method and for Value choose Affiliates_WC_Method::product_rates.

    Thank you for clarifying this, however it’s still not working.
    I’ve done as you’ve said, I deactivated “Affiliates Woocommerce” plugin, then I deleted it.
    I downloaded the “Affiliates Woocommerce” plugin again and re-installed it.
    When I go to Affiliates > Settings > Commissions, there is still NO option for Affiliates_WC_Method::product_rates as a method.
    Under method on the Commission Settings page, the only options I have in the drop down menu are:
    * None
    * Referral Amount
    * Referral Amount Method
    * Referral Rate (I have this option selected)
    There is no other option.
    What else can I do?

    PS I sent an email to your gmail account following up on the custom work, can you follow up on that, as I’d really like to get started on that 🙂

    Hi Barnaby,

    Please make sure that you have chosen Affiliates_WC_Method::product_rates method under Affiliates > Settings > Commissions.
    If this setting is correct, try to deactivate, delete and then reinstall Affiliates WooCommerce Integration.
