This message was perhaps invoked by the Envato Market WordPress Plugin and concerns themes and plugins that you purchased through Envato Market (ThemeForest and CodeCanyon). Do you still get it if you disable that particular plugin (the Envato Market WordPress plugin)?
You can contact their support by visiting the “Help” tab within the WordPress plugin for support details.
If you wish, you can add the following lines to your wp-config.php file (before the line /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */): define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
Then open the debug.log file from within your /wp-content directory and check for relevant errors.
