Problem with affiliate comission
—
by
I downloaded the Affiliates Pro plugin and connected it to WooCommerce. I also followed the instructional video on how to create an affiliate dashboard and get links for affiliates.
I didn’t have any issues getting everything set up. However, when I signed up to test it, I was able to see the registration and the link only once. Once I got out of that page and tried to “log in” to the dashboard again, I couldn’t get to it. Also, the affiliate links don’t seem to actually work and point to the products that were added in WooCommerce. (I have added screenshots to this email as well).
Is there a more detailed tutorial, or someone who can help with the setup on the backend?

That’s great, Roberto.
I will mark the topic as resolved but if further assistance is required, let me know.
Cheers,
George
I did it. Now is good!
Hi Roberto,
Assuming that Affiliates WooCommerce integration is installed and activated, in case you tested with an affiliate link trying to refer himself then it is possible not to have a referral recorded, unless the option for Auto-referrals is enabled in Affiliates > Settings, under Referrals tab. If this is not your case, then I think it’s better to have a look at your setup, once you provide me temp admin access to your site. You may send the credentials to george at itthinx dot com.
Regarding Affiliates by Username the usage is simple, you need to place the following block of shortcodes in a page
[affiliates_by_username][affiliates_url][/affiliates_by_username]
or
[affiliates_by_username][affiliates_affiliate_link][/affiliates_by_username]
so that the affiliate id is replaced by the username.
Kind regards,
George
Another thing is that I can’t configure the Affiliates by Username plugin
Everything works out, but the purchases they make with the associate link are not being registered. Only the visit to that affiliate link is recorded
Hi Roberto,
Welcome to our support forum and many thanks for choosing Affiliates Pro as your affiliate marketing tool.
Could you please share some more details on your issue here? What do you get when you try to visit Affiliates Dashboard page? Does the page appear properly, can you see the login/registration section? Can you see the various sections if you’re able to login?
Also, regarding the affiliate record after your registration, was it successful? What is the current status for that affiliate, is he Active or Pending? FYI, the status can be found under Affiliates > Manage Affiliates if you enable the filter option to Include pending affiliates and then check the affiliate in question.
Kind regards,
George
