Problem still exists – Affiliates GravityForms not working with Paypal payments

This is the support thread I started on June 28.: https://www.itthinx.com/topic/affiliates-gravityforms-not-working-with-paypal-payments/ .

Unfortunately the topic seems to be closed, I can’t respond to it anymore, but the problem still exists. Paypal payments are not getting registered as affiliate sales. I’ve updated the plugin Affiliates GravityForms to version 2.1.1 three weeks ago but not a single Paypal payment got registered since the major Affiliates Pro update.

    After performing tests the process works normally as it should.

    Hi Yvonne,

    I’ve tried on my test installation and the referrals are properly recorded. The issue might be related with something else so I think it’s better to have a closer look. Can you please send me a copy of your debug.log file? Also, can you provide temp admin access to your site?

    Hi Yvonne,

    I’m sorry to hear that the integration is not working properly. I will have a look since there was another update on Gravity Forms plugins.

    FYI, even if a topic is closed for new comments, you can always start a new topic as you did. 🙂
