Pro Not working

I’ve just purchased the update from Affiliates to Affiliates pro. I’ve downloaded the pro plugin and uploaded, and the old affiliates has now deactivated itself. However ever I’m not seeing anything different than I saw in the basic version. I’ve made sure the license key is correct. I’ve clicked on the Illhinx is set it tells me there is an update but won’t update. can anyone give me some advice on this?

    Hi, I removed the licence key and re-entered it and it seems to be working fine, please could you direct me to any documents which show how to set the system up, or do you offer a service which does this?

      Hi Jon,
      Glad you were able to resolve the issue! I must say it happens rather often to paste an API key with an extra space/a missing character/an extra character in all kinds of apps and the issue can be very difficult to spot.
      There is an extensive documentation available for all our plugins, Affiliates Pro included, that’d provide you with the closest detail possible on how to use and setup your product.

    Hello Jon,
    Thank you for purchasing the plugin!
    One difference you could spot right-away is, for example, a menu called Banners under the Affiliates dashboard settings, since Banners are available in Pro and Enterprise only.
    Do you get a specific error when trying to update and what does it say?
