Pre created groups/capabilities do not show in dropdown

When navigating to a category, I see the selection to enable restrictions based on capabilities, but the only one that shows is groups_read_post. The other capabilities I’ve created do not show in the list.

    Hi,
    in Groups->Options:Capabilities you can select the capabilities to show in posts/categories.
