Plugin support – lincense purchased

Hi – I made an order: Order #30127 was placed on December 20, 2021 for Groups Import / Export. I cannot update this as I can’t seem to download the plugin update. Can you help.

    Hi David,

    Yes I can see your order details, but since Dec 2022 your license has expired according to Terms & Conditions, that’s why you can no longer update the plugin in your installation.
    You may proceed and purchase the plugin again, which will renew your license for one year and give you access to updates.
