Plugin Suddenly Stopped Working

Hi, my Affiliates Pro plugin suddenly stopped working. The referral forms are stored in Formidable Pro, but did not create a referral in A.P. Can someone please help?

    I think it’s better to have a closer look at this.
    Please enable debugging and then send me temp admin access to your site to george@itthinx.com.
    If you also have a staging site that would be better so that I won’t interfere with your live site.
