Pluggin with license doesn’t work

I have a problem when using the plugin in wordpress, I bought a license in 2015 but it doesn’t work for me. I have seen in your forum that licenses have an expiration date, am I correct?

  1. Hi Sergio,

I would kindly ask you to review my previous comments, the only way to get access to the latest version of the plugin is by buying a license for it.
Regarding GetResponse this is not part of our supported integrations as you probably have already noticed in the link I provided, unless they offer such an integration which currently I’m not aware of.

    Kind regards,
    George

  2. Hi Sergio,

The plugin itself might be disabled on your site but definitely there are other issues involved that prevent the normal functionality of the plugin and perhaps your site in general, so in order to locate the issue(s) involved you should check what has changed on your site. The deprecated version of the plugin you’re using at the moment is almost 6 years old and during that period there have been several WP updates and 6 different PHP versions( including the latest PHP 8 version ) released to name two important changes that took place during this period.

The plugin license provides access to updates and support for one year and as for the plugin files, you already mentioned that you still have the plugin installed on your site so there is no matter of ethics involved in this case. When someone re-buys the plugin, practically renews his/her license which in turn gives access again to the aforementioned services.
If you wish us to check your situation more closely, then you need to proceed with the renewal and afterwards update Affiliates Enterprise to the latest version available. The support is provided for the latest version simply because a possible issue in an older version might already have been resolved in the current version.

At the moment you can only buy a full license because trial versions are not provided and as for the supported integrations you may have a look here.

    Kind regards,
    George

  3. Our goal is to test Marketing and Multilevel campaigns. Could you have a trial, even if it was only 7 days?
What do you say George? Yes?

  4. I understand that I have to pay for an update, but renewing the license is paying for the plugin AGAIN, when I already bought it at the time, I don’t consider it too ethical.
Also, I still don’t understand why it was active until a month ago. Could you give me a reason?

  5. But it’s curious since until a month ago, this plugin worked correctly for me. From what I don’t understand, what has been the change that has disabled the plugin.

  6. Hi Sergio, welcome back to our support forum.

Indeed you are correct, the plugin licenses will give you access to updates and support for one year since the date of your last purchase.
If you wish to renew your license then go to the plugin page in this case Affiliates Enterprise and buy the plugin again.

    Kind regards,
    George

And some format of being able to link this plugin to GetResponse?

    2. George, is there an option for having purchased the plugin a long time ago, to be able to have the paid version to see how it works? We would like to test it with some campaign… (only for a week?)
And, just one more question sorry, is there a way I can link it to GetResponse?
Can you help me please? I am a bit lost.
      Tks!
