PHP error at activation

Hello, posting this again in the correct forum

I’m trying to activate the plugin, but I’m getting a 503 error status. The apache error log has thistwo lines

php and wp memory is already set to 128mb
other plugins deactivated, except obviously Groups

Any idea about what could be?

UPDATE: problem solved, maybe a conflict on activation while the plugin “Admin Menu Editor Pro” was active

    Thanks Antonio, now it’s ok. I’ll keep an eye on it and let you know if I still get the same error.
