Can someone explain how i payout my customers in english please. I have read through all the guides and i still dont understand how to pay them via paypal or any other way. It does not appear how it does in the instructions, i do not have a presta shop or know what that is!

    Hi Joe,

    Welcome to our support forum and many thanks for using our affiliate tool on your site.

    The affiliate payouts can be done manually. You can review the totals for each affiliate under Affiliates > Totals and then using the payment gateway of your choice you can send the payouts to the respective recipients.

    If you wish to make all these payments at once using PayPal mass payments or other gateways that support them, then you can export a Mass Payment File again from Affiliates > Totals and import it to the service when asked for. Hope it makes more sense now.
