Payout Commission for Affiliates

Hello.

I loaded the Affiliates Pro plugin on my site and am having a couple of issues.
I had the affiliates area set-up, it was allowing people to sign up and create their “profile”.
I assigned an affiliate payout rate, etc.
I could send the link of the affiliate (as if I were one), and track if the link had been clicked and which affiliates link that it was.

Here is the issue. When the end user purchased an item through the link, it showed all of the traffic, and the sale came through in the cart (Woo), but the affiliate that sent the link did not show any credit in his account, and it did not show up in the metrics dashboard. Is there a setting that i am overlooking? I tested it about 5 times, the product was a $.99 test product, but no dice.

Thoughts?

    Hi Maire,
    Please check if you have installed and activated the Woocommerce Integration. A typical configuration:
    – In Affiliates->Woocommerce Integration check ‘Enable product referral rates’ and set a default value.
    – Then in Affiliates->Settings:Commissions set Referral Amount Method and select ‘Affiliates_WC_Method::product_rates’
