Is there a way to reflect the commission payment I’ve made to the affiliates on the affiliates’ accounts once I send them their payment (versus the accumulated balance remaining and it looks like I haven’t paid them.)?

    Yes, you can simply use a shortcode [affiliates_referrals show="total"] to show the total amount for paid and unpaid for affiliate,
