Hi Leon,
Welcome to our support forum and many thanks for choosing Affiliates Pro plugin as your affiliate marketing tool.
FYI, affiliates payments can be processed only manually at the moment. However, if you visit Affiliates > Totals, then you can export a Mass payment file and process all the payments in bulk using ie PayPal or other payment gateways that support it.
