Paying affiliates manually

I really appreciate this plugin and am still learning it, but I can see it has good potential to evolve.

I have a doubt about the manual payments, I have read here on the forum and have not seen an effective solution.

This is if you want to make a payment of commissions to an affiliate individually and can put a note in a field in that payment (such as invoice reference and date) so that the affiliate can check your account statement, the receipts and payments and their balance.

Possibly in my tests I have not checked, but it seems, it is not possible!

    Hi Rui,

Good morning. I trust you are well and safe!

We are really happy you love the plugin.

Thank you so much for the suggestion. With respect to the manual payments, from the Affiliates > Totals page you can generate a mass payment file to pay your affiliates simultaneously or individually through a payment processor like PayPal for example. A valid email address set per affiliate is the prerequisite for the mass payment to be successful.

Furthermore, Bulk Payment on PayPal allows you to include your e-mail and a short message(note). The same message will go to all those being paid.

On the Totals page, we’ve provided filters and tools to adjust the payment flag for your affiliates. Once an affiliate is paid either manually or by using a Mass Payment File, you are suggested to press the button Close Referrals. If a referral is marked as closed, it is considered as paid and won’t be taken into account the next time you decide to make payments. For more information on how the Totals tool works, I would highly recommend you take a look at this section of the documentation.

I remain available if you have any further inquiries.

STAY SAFE and I wish you a very fine and productive day ahead!
    Best,
    Eugen.
