Page content always removed

Hello,

in our site the page content always gets removed when the plugin is activated. We bought a multiple version license … any clou? … it’s urgent. The site is http://cwkb.de

    The lat update of group restrictions fixed the generell displaying problem… thanks!
    Now I will debug if everything works as intended in the settings.

    Hello George,

    we are using visual composer (VC) for the site … the content is hidden when restrict categories is enabled. With the regular groups Plugin VC is fine…we tried disabling the functions.php additions we made = same effect. Also when using the default template = same effect. If you need a account to take a look … tell me via mail.

    Could it be some kind of caching that is disabling the content? or maybe it’s a prioritization on the call stack of the plugins… but how could we debug that?

    Hi Dieter,

    Could you perhaps be some more specific? The content of all pages is affected or some specific pages?
    The content is deleted or hidden from guests, for instance. Are these pages being restricted by the plugin?
    In case it is possible, you can try to delete all the plugin data on deactivation and then reinstall the plugin.
