Order Referral – exclude the shipping charge?

Hi, I purchased the Affiliates Enterprise and set it in my site.

The affiliates plugin counts the product sales and the shipping charge together as the order amount.

I wonder if it’s possible to exclude the shipping charge when calculate the commission.

    Hi Tseng,
    the commissions are based on the net price (excluding shipping, coupons and taxes prices).
    From Affiliates->Referrals, please select ‘Expand details’ and ‘Expand data’, so you can see the order’s ID and the order’s total used to calculate the commission.

      Dear Antonio,

      Thanks for quick reply! I’ve checked the Affiliates>Referrals, however the order total did include the shipping.

      I have a test order that the net price is 399, shipping is 150.
      the commission is set as 30%,then it shows the commission for this order is 164.7, which is based on 399+150=549..:(
