One off payments using subscriptions

I have set up a subscriptions which moves users between groups on a one off payment. Unfortunately, after 24 hours, the user is moved back and the subscription they made shows as “suspended”. How do i prevent this happening, because if I can get this right the plugin will be such a help.

I have the setup of the subscription as:

Setup price @ 50.00
Subscription price is blank
Frequency every : 1
Frequency unit : Days
How many times is blank

    Yes Nick you are right,

    You can use some bigger values for frequency and frequency unit though.
    For example you can set frequency unit to years and frequency to 2, again if you are planning a long term subscription for the subscribers. If you combine these with a value in how many times, then the subscription can be really long lasting.

    Unfortunately, 0 seems to be an invalid entry for that field. I can enter 0 but after clicking Update, the screen returns with 1 again!

    Hi Nick,

    If i got it right what you are trying to do is move users to the Group assigned in the Subscription permanently after they paid the subscription, right?

    Try setting the Frequency value to 0(zero) and try again.

    Hope i got right what you are planning to do.
