Notifications of Re-Registration

Hi Guys! Both of my clients using Affiliates Pro will occasionally receive email notifications that someone has registered to become an affiliate and they’re already an affiliates. When they reach out to the person, they have no idea what we’re talking about and say that they didn’t re-register. Today, I saw a notification that I registered (my test account)…and I definitely did not re-register. The system doesn’t even allow you to re-register. Do you have any idea what might be happening that’s triggering these email notifications?
